Goede koppeling. gebruik 'm voor mijn 3 sites voor koppeling naar exact. instellen vergt wat sinecure en liepen tegen wat issues aan met specifieke orders. Dit is door de support opgelost en alles loopt soepel. Vooral de integratie met shopify payments is fijn. Orders worden meteen afgeletterd.
Veranderde sommige prijzen naar ex BTW prijzen op de site. Totaal geen idee waarom sommige wel, andere niet. Backend staan de prijzen onveranderd.
Support is een chatbot waar je niet uitkomt en echte support niet te vinden.
Echt slecht en dan kun je niet anders dan de app deinstalleren.
We hebben wat opstartproblemen gehad met het instellen en zijn door Combidesk enorm fijn geholpen. Heel fijn gesprek en alle instellingen staan nu goed naar de boekhouding. Echt oprecht blij mee. Bedankt voor de fijne afhandeling en service, aanrader.
