The support is awesome, the fact you can hop on Slack 24/7 and get a response off a real person makes the monthly fee worth it 100x over!

Great app, makes all the export and import needs so much easier and is such a great improvement from the implemented shopify feature, that I wouldn't know where to begin. They also have a very easy to understand tutorial section which never leaves you hanging.

It is amazing, easy to manage, I like the FTP connection feature to create automatized backups, but all of this is possible if you are at least in a big plan, other way is very limited, but still I love it!
