It works, but thats all it does.
URL redirects are not correct. So it shitted my SEO, had to do a lot by hand.

Uploading of metafields does not work great either.

Hello!

Sorry, but this is not true.

You can downgrade or cancel the paid plan at any moment by going to Matrixify app menu “Plans” section. Also, you can uninstall the app, and that will automatically cancel any further billing. It might be that you have received the last bill after cancelling, because Shopify issues bills every 30 days for whatever was purchased during that period.
The Customer Support is available and responds either almost instantly, or latest within 25 hours. We have two Support channels - Slack and e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail response from us, there might be an issue with e-mail delivery to us from you, or from us back to you. Please, consider writing to us on Slack if you have not received an e-mail.

Here are the facts from our side:

1. After thorough searching, we found the Support ticket back and forth chain with the Merchant where we explain and show in screenshots with arrows the Plans page where the paid plan can be cancelled. That was a couple of months ago. There are replies from the Merchant, too, indicating that they did receive our responses and instructions how to cancel. No further alerts from the Merchant that they had any issues.

2. The Merchant did not cancel their subscription. It was not charged by an error. Shopify bills the Merchants according to their approved subscriptions. If the Merchant needs to stop being charged, the Merchant needs to cancel their subscription by themselves.

3. We have refunded fully to this Merchant - including for all the months they have been using the app to its fullest. We did it because we do not want to take money from the Merchants who don't appreciate our work, and clearly attacks app developers.

4. We called the Merchant on the phone because we care to resolve all of the issues. Reporting 1* or 2* review for those false reasons feels highly unethical from the Merchant side. Merchant was stating in their review that our Support did not respond, that's why we tried calling to make sure we have at least guaranteed contact. Our first call was not picked up. The second call was picked up. That was all our calling (mentioned bombardment).

5. We did not ask for 5* review - we don't do such things. We tried to go above and beyond to resolve the Merchant issue and confirm that it's resolved.

6. We put our huge efforts to make this app help Merchants succeed. We work sincerely and honestly. We prefer humane communication.

It's easy to crush someone with the bad review. What if we honestly tried to help you? What if you caused us all this pain just because of your own honest mistake to cancel the subscription? It could be resolved in a much different kind of communication, too.

I have to say - our whole team hurts like never before from this Merchant... 😢

Shopify overall is a very friendly ecosystem. 🫶

Highly recommend this app. First off, it works/does what it is supposed to. SECOND AND VERY IMPORTANTLY- their support is amazing. Leva helped me through many hurdles and very easily and highly accessible through slack. 100% would not have been able to get the job done without Leva. I will be subscribing to the paid version of the app because of such great support. highly recommend this app if you need bulk updates!

When we first tried Excelify we had some issues, but the support we got was fantastic! The App works really well and does what it says it does. When we got a bit of training, we found that this App is excellent for managing more extensive collections and product sites on Shopify. Combined with the great support that comes from the owner, this App is one of the best apps in the Shopify App store!

Uploading and deleting orders was easy with the app. Deleting bulk is a life saver, especially when I realized some of our customer data needed to be modified.

Bulk deleting is helpful indeed, if you need to really delete them.
But in most of cases you could also just update them. You can even update specific columns only, if you need to fix just a few fields.
If you need help with that, please, let us know via the Support, and we will point you to the right tutorial for doing just that.

Ouch! Do you really feel it’s fair to give us with 4* - for the reason that you describe? We are a small team that works really hard to bring this functionality to you.
Lowering our rating will definitely not help Shopify to buy us. 😅

But on a serious note - Matrixify is already integrated into the Admin. If you have a specific suggestion that you are missing in this integration - let us know and we will see how we can close that gap for you.

As for your suggested Feature Request - we believe that we must already have this possible. You can manage Google sales channel fields with our app. Shopify stores the Google Shopping fields in Shopify Metafields that we allow to export and import.

To be honest, do not know how to uninstall it. I delete the app from my Shopify page, but it keeps charging me about $50 per month. And sent me a notification that says "Matrixify (Uninstalled)"

Hello!
Wow, so sorry that you have such an impression. 😱 Actually, the charging is done by Shopify according to a strict billing schedule. If you have a charge marked as "Matrixify (Uninstalled)" then it means that Shopify has charged it for the last time for the last period when the app was still installed.

You have uninstalled the app on March 3, 2022, but the charge is for the period of February 15, 2022 – March 17, 2022. This charging period is shown in the Shopify bill. It will not continue charging, of course - that was just the last charge for the last unpaid period before uninstall.

We checked that in that period you did not have any import/export jobs, so we have refunded you that last month in full.

incredibly hard to use, support doesnt help at all. takes forever, tried for weeks couldnt even convert 1 simple draft. all i was provided was the same help faq page.

sucks bc shopify can't convert large drafts for some reason so they suggest this app which is impossible to use.

Especially, because our Support is still waiting for you to respond to our questions, so that we can help you. Maybe we did not receive some latest responses from you?

Importing Draft Orders indeed takes some effort to understand correctly the import template, and prepare the data accordingly. That's because there is so much different attributes that you can possibly pass to Shopify. We made an import template that would accommodate it all, as simple as we could. Of course, you do not need to use all the fields and rows - just those that you need to create your version of Draft Orders.

Our Support team is always going extensive lengths to help, and this is very important that you respond.

Please, cooperate with our Support who is trying to reach you to help you do the import. 🙏

Great App!!! The best customer service- he helped import all of our customers and helped us with syncing our products in no time at all! Amazing app- really shaved off about 3-4 days worth of work and can't wait for the order importer that he said he will release soon! Thanks again!

Very good and flexible. Offers data import way and above standard Shopify. But it's sooooooo slooooow! Even the paid for services take hours to upload data. Each file of about 7,000 orders takes 6 - 7 hours to process!

Thank you for your feedback, and very sorry we made you only almost happy...

Please, understand that the Excelify app uses Shopify API which has certain speed limitations for all the apps, and that speed limit is 4 "requests" per second.

Building an Order through API with all its details is very complex process. It takes several requests to the API. Additional time goes towards finding and "replacing" an existing order, which is in your case.
At the moment your import is working with the speed of 2.6 seconds per Order, with your data.

There are several strategies you can apply to increase your import speed dramatically, which we describe in details here:

One of the strategies we do on our side, is we run several imports in parallel, e.g. for Big Plan there are 5 parallel processes importing the same file. And in Enterprise, there are 10 parallel processes - and on this level, we definitely make sure we utilize the maximum of the Shopify API speed capabilities.
