This is a fantastic app. We manage a very large catalog (400,000+ active products) and Matrixify makes keeping it updated easy. Absolutely worth the money, at whatever tier. The best app we have ever used on Shopify, and likely the only one we'll always pay for, for as long as we have the store.

Works well, unfortunately it doesn't export line (custom) properties from shopify bundles. This makes it useless for my purposes.

In Shopify, Orders Line Items are actual Products that will be sent out to the Customer not a Bundle Product. This is why Shopify API returns individual Products as Line Items which our app exports in your Orders export file.
Our Support team has reached out to you directly to better understand exact attributes which are missing from the exported file. Please reply to the started ticket or reach out to our Support team and we will look further into the missing data and if it can be included in the exported file.

Great app and awesome customer service! Had an issue and got contacted to clear up the issues and everything was addressed above and beyond. Extremely useful app!
Fantastic. A bit of a learning curve but acceptable for the amount of power and flexibility this provides. Also, the customer service is amazing. They have an open Slack channel and an AI bot that can answer most questions. If it doesn't right away, the staff usually jumps in to help clarify.
