The documentation for Matrixify is incredibly thorough! I was able to successfully migrate my Woocommerce products, customers, and orders to my new Shopify shop. I did have a few questions in the beginning, just to double-check that I understood everything correctly, and customer service response was prompt and helpful.

Life saving app, allows us to import large amounts of stock relatively painlessly once spreadsheet configs are set up and working.
Metafields management is a big thing for us which Shopify's native import really cannot handle. We also use it every day to run picksheets too. Its really good, and most importantly support is really top notch.

If I could give this app 10+ stars I would! There are other apps which aid in a migration, which is what I used this for, but the other apps aren't very mature in terms of being able to capture ALL the data. The other problem is that the data has to sit somewhere while being migrated (on other apps). If you just export (on the old store) to all the defaults and import (to the new store) using this app on both stores, you'll see it does an INCREDIBLE job! I was extremely impressed.. you can export metafields and weird data chunks that you wouldn't think you needed - but you do - when migrating. A must-have App for that activity. It's also useful as a backup too - I see other backup systems out there, but this one would work great to keep a copy of your data locally should something bump into your store.

it works fine but a bit expensive for a monthly fee
Thank you for your Matrixify app review and sharing your experience. We aim to keep the app prices affordable, including not changing our plan Pricing for many years now. But we do understand that, depending on your import/export needs you might need a more expensive plan.
Here are a few tricks and notes to keep in mind helping you to keep the costs lower:
-The plan limits are for each import/export separately, there are not monthly, daily or weekly limits for our app
-You can use Filters in your export jobs to not export all items from the store but only those matching the filters.
-For usage in multiple stores, we offer 1 additional free subscription per every 1 paid subscription. For example, to migrate data between 2 Shopify stores, you only need to take paid app subscription in one store. The other store can be activated to the same plan for free by linking it in the paid stores Matrixify Settings.
Our Support team has tried to reach you to look more into the app charges in the store, requirements you have and how we could further assist your specific use-case. Please contact us so that we can look more into this and better document your specific use-case for future developments.
Saves a lot of time! Moving from BigCommerce to Shopify was initially daunting, and I was skeptical about paying for a subscription for what seemed like just importing and exporting CSV files. However, the service proved to be well worth it. It streamlined the entire process, saving hours of manual work and ensuring everything was transferred accurately. Highly recommend for anyone switching platforms!

I had 1,500 old orders to import from a Wordpress ecommerce site. The Matrixify app did an excellent job and now all of my old orders are in my Shopify site. It wasn't easy, though. VERY steep learning curve to get my data formatted in a spreadsheet correctly. But when I had a question, the staff responded immediately and helpfully. So overall it's a really great app but it's mighty complex for the average user.

Orders migrations can be quite complex as they can contain a lot of small details, each of which need to have a specific structure and place in the import file. For this reason, we have developed the app to migrate Orders directly from the most popular WordPress plugin WooCommerce.
