Migrate data to Shopify

This app is all you need to migrate data from your previous e-commerce platform like Magento, Lightspeed, WordPress, load from Banggood, ...

Bulk update data

Bulk update specific fields while keeping existing data intact. E.g. update Product inventory by the SKU number. Schedule and auto-repeat.

About Excelify

Have you maxed out Shopify CSV file import and export capabilities?

This app is the only tool you will need to manage your whole Shopify store data.

Excelify app gives you great control over your store data

  1. Migrate from your old platform.
  2. Feed data to your store from any of your data sources, fit into our Excel or CSV template.
  3. Update your existing store data by individual fields, without having to re-import everything.
  4. Copy your data to your other stores with just one Excel or zip file.
  5. Export your data to other marketplaces like Google Shopping or Amazon.
  6. Schedule and auto-repeat imports or exports.
  7. Backup your whole shop.

Just this one feature to import Collections in bulk will save you days of manual work

If you use Excelify.io for just this one thing - you have bought your precious time and sanity back. You will be able to import and export collections by yourself; and have a clear overview - what's inside each of those collections by doing an export.

But it's packed with so much more

Whatever fields you see in your Shopify Admin, you are able to export and import them with Excelify.io. You can bulk-update any of those fields individually or all together.

Crazy many Metafields?

Have Metafields as additional columns along with items they are attached to. You can edit, add or delete them just like any other column values.

Your store language is not plain English?

If you tried to import products or customers with CSV files in other languages with special language encoding, you know the pain. With Excel files, your data will be imported correctly.

Home on the Swan

At https://homeontheswan.com/ we handle a large number of products. Excelify's additional functionality makes it easier to manage products, collections etc compared to Shopify standard csv import export.

Excelify is very powerful for shop owners with larger inventories and/or larger stores. The support is extreme fast and always help out when needed.

Motion RC

An absolute must have app for anyone who has more than one store and frequently copies products and/or collections between stores; it even handles metafields. This will save you countless hours compared to manual entry. Their support is also fast to respond and very helpful. My only "small" complaint is that the "Basic" tier ($20/month) can be pretty slow when importing a large number of items. You need to move to the $50/month tier to get decent import speeds.

Hello, Motion RC!

Thank you so much for your kind review. That is really, really uplifting for our whole team.

About the speed - it's actually so that Basic Plan works in a "normal" way with the API, which is indeed rather slow.
So we have built a solution and infrastructure that allows to split your import data as 5, 10 or more parallel "threads", as a result achieving higher speeds than normal, with higher cost on our side too to make it all work.
That usually correlates with the size of the store, to keep the waiting times bearable.
That's why...

If you decide to pay so much higher for using that technology, I really hope it's worth for the value you are getting. For many clients, they look for ways to "buy the time", so we built one of those ways.

And I assure you - we are not making things purposefully slower. That would be totally against our value system here. We built a solution with which you can make it work faster than normal.

Also, here are some more tips for increasing the import speeds (this will jump you to the section which explains how to improve speed when copying data from one store to another): https://excelify.io/tutorials/maximize-shopify-bulk-import-speed/#Fastestimportwhencopyingfromanotherstore

If you have a Shopify Plus, then there is another additional solution you can use (for Enterprise Plan) where you can increase the speeds even further: https://excelify.io/tutorials/improve-speed-for-shopify-export-and-import-with-private-app/

Just in case, we are here for you, you know where to find our Support. ;)
