I'm so upset. I wasted $20 to try to export these products and when I do, Shopify AI can't take the file. Its not supported because it's too big. Shopify AI told me to use this app because it would work for what we need. And it doesn't. The only way to get a hold of a live person is thru email and frankly, I don't have time to wait hours until someone emails. The chat on this help is the worst ai and can't even help. I've been working at this for hours and got nothing done. I want a refund.
It's worked well every time I need to make an import/export. It's still a lot of work to be done manually, but Shopify doesn't have a free bulk import tool, so I'm using this.

Print on demand sites are not really set up for large collections with hundreds of variations on templates. Organizing them into coherent collections and categories is even harder. Without Matrixify launching and maintaining MyHometownVermont.com would have been impossible.
