The new development of being able to do refunds and send invoices where the exchange is not a like for like product has been a great addition to the app. We have only once had a question and it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. This app is a time saver and sanity saver! A MUST have if you accept exchanges. It streamlines the exchange process by letting you quickly create a new order at 0 cost to process an exchange. SUPER simple and eliminates error or forgetfulness or having to have a separate system and process for submitting exchange order.
