We use Exchange It primarily for replacement orders when we need to immediately get an order going out for a customer who had a defective product. It is extremely helpful and an awesome option to have, rather than manually entering a new order.
This app is perfect for our store and has greatly simplified our exchange process. Their support is top-notch and they are receptive to feedback making changes as needed. I highly recommend you try it!

Been using this app for a year. It works great and has saved us and our VA a lot of time.

Exchanges was one of the hardest thing for us to manage, this app helped us a lot. really easy to use and efficient.
It's a great app for all businesses that struggle with many exchanges and need to keep track of them. It simply creates a new order for each exchange.
