Really quick and simple to use, this app is invaluable to us when replacing items lost in the post or damaged

We use the app for online exchanges. Had a tech issue recently. Adrien responded within 12hrs and solved the issue.

The team at ExchangeIT is amazing, I never encountered a team so willing to help out and develop the features I requested, they made all the changes I asked within a few days. The app has a very affordable price and does exactly what I needed it to do. I didn't want a fancy app with dozens of different services, I only needed store managers to be able to process exchanges for online orders and this works beautifully. This app is a time saver and sanity saver! A MUST have if you accept exchanges. It streamlines the exchange process by letting you quickly create a new order at 0 cost to process an exchange. SUPER simple and eliminates error or forgetfulness or having to have a separate system and process for submitting exchange order.

Alex was such a great help with resolving a minor teething issue with the latest update. My email was addressed in a timely manner and the issue itself was resolved in a day or two, with Alex providing updates the entire way. Thanks again for providing exceptional support!

We have been using this for several years and it really is one of the best value apps on Shopify. It provides clear and straightforward functionality for processing exchanges, refunds and (recently) providing store credit. It punches above its weight against much more expensive apps. Definitely give it a trial.

I am not surprised that Exchange It is used by thousands of merchants because it is a great product that simplifies the returns process. Overall, I am very happy with Exchange It and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their returns process. Simple app, straightforward and easy to use. I like it because I'm able to keep reships or size exchanges all in my Shopify system instead of using an outside shipping program. Highly recommend if you often need to reship items within an order and want to stay organized.

Great app. Returnly wanted us to upgrade for hundreds of dollars more a month for this feature. Now we only have to pay $9.99/mo. Highly recommended.
