It's a great app for all businesses that struggle with many exchanges and need to keep track of them. It simply creates a new order for each exchange.
This app saves hundreds of hours of customer service time in processing exchanges. We've searched and there's nothing better than EXCHANGE IT. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding, highly responsive and they truly care about their customers.

We use the app for online exchanges. Had a tech issue recently. Adrien responded within 12hrs and solved the issue.

This app is a time saver and sanity saver! A MUST have if you accept exchanges. It streamlines the exchange process by letting you quickly create a new order at 0 cost to process an exchange. SUPER simple and eliminates error or forgetfulness or having to have a separate system and process for submitting exchange order.
Unfortunately this app does not work with our e-tail back-end software (Skubana) so we're going to have to find another solution.
