ExchangeIt Returns & Exchange

Unfortunately this app does not work with our e-tail back-end software (Skubana) so we're going to have to find another solution.

Exchange It has helped simplify the exchange process for our store and make it so much easier for us as well as more professional to deal with the exchanges for our customers. The new development of being able to do refunds and send invoices where the exchange is not a like for like product has been a great addition to the app. We have only once had a question and it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this app to anyone, in particular if you are running a store where exchanges are common.

This app is great and has simplified the return and exchange process for my business! Previously, what would take 3 steps can now be done in 1 simple window. I've gotten various members of my team to utilize the app and things are flowing much more efficiently! Would definitely recommend :)

Exchange came to save our life, the last minute. The product was out of stock and customer wanted a replacement instead of a refund. We found Exchange It and it saved our sale.

Great customer support. They were fact and respond right away. Nice relief for other customer support you may receive.

Works perfectly just click on an existing order then choose Exchange It from the drop down and create a new order for that customer at $0 without having to apply any discount. Order can then be fulfilled as you normally would.
