We've used this app for a few years now with no issues, it's great. But now it's even better. With the automated returns & exchanges functionality that they came out with it's made our lives a lot easier. Customer support is fantastic and has helped us to get the new features implemented seamlessly. I can't recommend this app enough if you need to help manage the returns & exchange process.
Note for management: give Adrien Larere a pay raise, he was amazing to deal with & made the new features easy to understand. I'd suggest a minimum of a 50% bump in pay, but that's your call.
