ExchangeIt Returns & Exchanges

I find this app really good at retaining revenue for my website. When customer wants to change the size I can reserve it for them whilst they post back the original item. It has meant that rather than processing a refund and then hoping they will rebuy their correct size, I can actually secure the sale and offer great customer service.
I find the app really easy to use and it intergrates with the shopify inventory, and its quick to use as its built into part of the orders section on the main dashboard. So when an exchange request comes in I can manage it directly into the customers order and then its shown in my open orders list.
I recently needed some help and having used many other shopify apps opening a ticket I actually was able to have a video call with Alex to have it fixed in less than 1 hour of the issue arising which was definitely one of the best customer service/support I have had from any app on Shopify. Can not fault this app its an integral part of my shopify store.

I would say the customer service is the best. I had an issue with the invoicing being sent from a different email and the exchange it team rectified the problem and worked on adding a way where I can choose which email to sent from. I am happy and would highly recommend them.

I am not surprised that Exchange It is used by thousands of merchants because it is a great product that simplifies the returns process. Overall, I am very happy with Exchange It and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their returns process. My only preference would be an annual payment offering! Kindly make that possible :)

I sell women's suits and sizing can be tricky. We offer free exchanges and this makes it super easy. My only feedback is that it should be also be able to send the person a return label. I have to go into the admin send them the return label then open this and process the exchange. To be able to do it all at the same time would be ideal. I do love the app. Makes everything so seamless.

Exchange it does exactly what it says on the tin! It's really simple to install on the shopify store, and really easy to use.
We use it for other functions such as resends etc, so dramatically reduced our customer service admin time, and improves the customer experience. Alex and the team quickly respond to any issues and resolve where possible. Would recommend!
