Exchange Wizard

The Exchange Wizard app helps merchants exchange, refund, issue store credit, or collect payment.

You can exchange / edit online or Shopify POS orders, collect additional payment, or issue refunds or store credit. Store credit can be used online or in-store via discount codes. You can exchange Shopify POS orders directly from the POS order screen. Works on a browser or from the Shopify Mobile/POS apps. Add products to an order with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner or with the iPad / iPhone / Android device camera

• Exchange/edit orders, collect additonal payment, & refund or issue store credit.
• Use a barcode scanner or device camera to search for orders or add products.
• Issue store credit as a discount code that can be used online or on Shopify POS.
