ExOrders - Return & Exchange lets you automate and customize your return and exchange procedures. It builds the trust of your customers by allowing them to return/exchange the entire order or a few products from it. All they’ll need to do is to log in with their order number and email or contact number. Upon receiving the request, you can approve or reject it. A custom email notification will be sent to your customers every time you change the request status, which will keep them updated.

De app geinstalleerd en instellingen geplaatst. Echter de applicatie werkt niet in de shop. App is moeilijk bereikbaar, geen mail zichtbaar of chat. Mail moeten opzoeken via shopify. Reeds enkele dagen nu aan t wachten op een antwoord/oplossing. Ook al is de app gratis, lijkt me niet de bedoeling dat je dagen moet wachten voordat er hulp geboden word ...

There is countless things not working right on this app. The developer disclosed: "This app is a beta version. Currently, we are working pro version (subscriptions). We can work on your requirements but you have to pay for this."
This is app is working in several stores but they asked for a totally different UI and we denied and offer a new app for them according to their requirements. When we offer services they behave like cheap persons.
