The Experiences app has been great for our in-person classes. It makes ticketing a breeze, and I love that you can still customize the look and feel.
We have been particularly impressed with Mark and Chip’s customer service! Any time we have a question, they are quick to respond and always so helpful.

Phenomenal customer service and exactly what we needed. The only app and frankly the only booking software that could integrate in shopify and provide event bookings hourly in one event post. This APP will save you so much time if you are selling tickets for group tours with different individuals.

Great potential with this app but MANY regular glitches that requires tech support. Seems unfinished.
I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot your issue and help you solve it! After reviewing our successful support thread with you, it looks like a third-party app that “unpublishes” products by deleting them and “republishes” them by creating new ones and that seems to have created some problems.

I have found it useful. It is easy to add new times and to edit the group size. Since I have to sign up for other booking sites other than my website I do update the changes frequently. I know you don't have control over the other booking sites, such as trip advisor, but that sites is difficult to make daily changes. It would be great if the experience app would consolidate all the booking. Say if someone books on Airbnb experience my open capacity on the Experience App would know that and then reduce capacity accordingly. Thanks for you help. It would simplify my life if all my bookings came from my website and I only had to update changes with the Experience App--that would make me happy. Any thoughts on how to eliminate bookings on Trip Advisor and Airbnb and the 20% they charge would be appreciated.

Great app if you need to sell tickets to an experience! I've needed changes and tweaks to the app several times over the couple of years I've used it, and the support I've received is always prompt and helpful.

Great support whenever I had an issue or question. Easy to use with new features being added regularly. The Experiences check in app works very well when checking in hundreds of customers for a large event. The added QR code ticket customizer is a nice feature for branding your digital tickets.

I have been using the experiences app on my website for about 2 years now, and I cannot Rave highly enough about the amazing customer support. Whenever I have a question or issue, the team responds pretty much immediately with actual real humans, not bots, and they work extremely hard to resolve whatever the issue is. Most recently I had an issue with shopify, and Shopify wrongly claimed that the issue had to do with the experiences out. So I reached out to the experiences team, and they took a lot of time to research the issue and find out that it was in fact a Shopify problem, but they still told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue. I would never have expected them to keep looking for Solutions once they figured out that it was not in fact their app, but they did. Special kudos to mark. This degree of customer service is very hard to come by, and worth its weight in gold!

Been working with the Experiences app now for a few month. They have been very responsive to our questions and have even had calls to understand our needs better. The app is developing rapidly and has many awesome features for selling your experiences.
