The Experiences app adds bookable retail experiences to your store and helps you stay on-brand, at your domain, without a third-party booking system getting in the way. Use our basic booking features or our advanced eTicketing feature to invite your customers (and their friends) to have memorable experiences with your brand at the center. Our Zapier integration (among others) ensures you can connect to all the tools, and our support will be there when you need extra help.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.

From the beginning till the end, nothing worked properly. I was in constant communication with the customer service (special thanks to Jordan and Mark for their support). But this was not working at all for us. So many technical difficulties that made me do the work manually… people didn’t get their tickets… I will try different apps for our next event.
Hi there, thanks for the shout-out to Jordan and Mark. We’re genuinely sorry for the stress this caused. We know how high-stakes it feels when an event is right around the corner.
We did our best to jump in and help manage some of the hurdles, like the manual 'restocking' of tickets that accidentally cleared out your counts and the custom script we ran to bypass the attendee email settings. While we're glad we could get those tickets into your customers' hands before the event, we realize the learning curve for the app was steeper than expected in this case.
We’re using your feedback to make our settings and notifications much clearer so other hosts don't run into these same roadblocks. We wish you nothing but the best with your future events.
