The app have lot of bugs and we had to be the QA of this app to let them know of the problems they have or functions that must be added to the app. For example, this is not compatible with orders that are placed for store pickup (native function of Shopify) as stock is discounted using the main warehouse of the e-commerce and not from the branch. Something basic. I tried to book a call with support team, because writing English was not good and did not understand what they were saying, but devs or support team kept writing me in a illegible English.

Our team is a bit puzzled by this review:

1) When using our Inventory Push feature you wanted the app to set on hand inventory quantity instead of available inventory quantity. We implemented this new functionality for you for free, out of the kindness of our hearts. During the review phase (is this what you're calling "QA"?) we agreed to add some additional functionality that you requested at no cost.

2) We have many customers using our app for store pickup without any problems. If an order is placed and has a fulfillment location we assign expiration dates from that location. Your "store pickup" orders did not have a fulfillment location so they were assigned the soonest expiring inventory from across all locations, per the configuration. We explained this situation to you (as did Shopify support) and offered alternative solutions.

3) We spent months communicating with your shop in English without any issues. We are all native English speakers. We are also happy to meet via video chat. We do it all the time. We proposed a time for a video chat and you never responded. Odd. If you prefer to communicate in another language please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

4) The level of support we provide is something you will not get with most Shopify apps. If one checks our reviews across all our apps they will see the exemplary level of customer support we provide to our users 7 days a week.

Being able to manage Inventory expiry using this app has saved us time, reduced stock wastage and increased our revenue. Great support and app features.

The app is great to help you monitor with expiry dates. We deal with lot of food items that constantly need expiry dates to be logged. Notification system works great. Also, support team is highly responsive and agile. They can make custom features if you need, which is very nice.

With Product Expiration Dates app, I have been able to manage expiring inventory so much more efficiently than before. Being able to sync inventories including bundles with Shopify is so helpful. Support by Skye has been phenomenal. During a quick call, he understood exactly what I needed and delivered it quickly. I highly recommend this app to any shop selling merchandise with expiry dates.

Product Expiration Dates is an amazing app and does exactly what is advertised. We have used it for a short period of time but it has saved us many hours of work. The app is very simple to use and has an in-depth User Guide to explain all the functions and options. The integration of the app also works great!

The app is amazing, quite versatile, works with single products, product variants and bundles. It also allows for batches with different expiry dates. Best of all, it also allows your store to display the expiry date automatically on the product page. The team behind this app are amazing, supportive, responsive and truly understand their customers and their needs. This app gets a 5-star score in our books.

Great little addition to my store's page. Our store sells pre-packaged, fresh seafood. It's helpful for customers to order ahead when they know the "best by" dates of each product. Communication with the developer was quick and efficient! Thanks!!

Instructions they provide are easy to understand and offered multiple solutions for our circumstances.
The app does exactly what it's meant to do and it will now be a core app for us to manage expiry dates and batches.
