EXPO ‑ Extra Product Options

What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating experience. I reached out to support and clearly described my problem, but Bruce (the operator) left me waiting for over 45 minutes with no response, only to send an automated message asking for my email so they could get back to me. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to actually help. If you are running a business and need timely or reliable support, I would not recommend this app.

Works exactly as expected! The interface is clean, easy to use, and very intuitive. I had a few questions while setting things up, and the support team responded super quickly and was incredibly helpful. Great experience overall - definitely recommend!

I love this app, I was looking for one that updated the price in real time and could do upsell and you can modify the style with CSS
And it also needs to be able to see the thumbnail of the photo uploaded to the cart, although I already solved it with a bit of code.

This is a great app and allows us to do exactly what we needed to do on our store Velo Bianco - which is to add extra costs to the customer for custom services. The support team were able to help quickly and efficiently when there was a compatibility issue with our theme

I love this app. My products are all custom and have a lot of options. EXPO made my product pages look better than I hoped for. I only use dropdowns, buttons, and the text box so there are way more options than I need. It was super easy to set up too. I have 5 different option sets that were a breeze to add. I had one experience with support, suggesting they add a feature. Turns out, it already had the feature and the support rep sent me a video showing me how to do what I needed it to (make options disappear when certain other options are selected).

Fantastic support. Even if I have a free account the support team solved my problem in less than an hour. The app is easy to use and full of features. I would have rated it six stars if possible!
