EXPO ‑ Extra Product Options

I am impressed with the customer support! Mia was very helpful and got me going in the correct direction. I love all the options for various types of customer input fields. This app is just what I needed.

Genuine people and fluid results, must have app! Would not even bother looking anywhere else everything is clockwork!

同様のアプリを多数試したところ、当方で使っているテーマに対応しており、テーマを大きく汚さず、直感的に触れるのがEXPOでした。
価格も安い！

しかし、無事オンラインショップをオープンした直後（2022年10月頃）にこのアプリのバージョンが3になり、大きく仕様が変わりました。
そしてShopifyのCheckout APIがチェックアウトページで問題を引き起こし、私の行っていた独自のカスタマイズとも競合し、それまで使えていた価格追加系のオプションが使えなくなりました。

その際に色々と問い合わせたのですが、迅速で非常に真摯に対応してくださいました。
結局、ShopifyのCheckout APIが修正されない限りは、価格追加系のオプションが使えない事態にはなりましたが、このアプリ自体は良いものでサポートにも満足していたため、そのまま使用していました。
アプリの製作者は、公式コミュニティでも働きかけてくれていました。

それから半年ほど経って再度試した所、Checkout APIが改善されており、価格追加系のオプションが使えるようになりました。
ただ、軽微な不具合が残っていたので、また製作者に問い合わせたら、すぐに対応してくれました。

Great app and great service. I recommend the app. We use it to gather user details for custom products and bundles.

Amazing app with incredible features which were previously only available with paid apps. The team is also super helpful, I had a request for a feature and they implemented it in just one day.

It's a great app from really helpful developers! I found it a struggle to find a good app that adds extra fees to my products so really happy to have come across this. With so few reviews it's definitely a hidden gem and deserves more attention. I had an issue to begin with so emailed the developers and they fixed it pretty quickly (turned out a different app I installed was interfering with my checkout). To summarise; If you need an app to add optional pricing extras to your product, download this one!

At this point in time it does what I need it to do. Any issues I contacted the support team and they helped me out very quickly.

We used this app to create custom variants for our products. It works great. We had a minor integration issue with Showcase theme, however it has been quickly rectified by the fantastic support team. Definitely recommend.

We switched to Extra Product Options after using a few other apps. I am very happy. The customer support was quick and responsive and took care of any issues that came up. Very useful app, provides all the features we need. Thank you very much!

Love this, it was easy to set up & straight to the point. Simple work without needing to do coding or having to pay for the other apps.
