The app did cause me some problems which they finally fixed.

Unfortunately the support is slow and it took a while for me to get help.

A lot of orders were missed and it caused me some big problems.

I cannot find anywhere where I can combine two columns like shipping address 1 & 2? I don't know how to contact you.

Mostly works as intended, except we had an issue that orders when changed from "unfulfilled" to "fulfilled" would not automatically get exported (worked fine if we had it setup just to export 'unfulfilled' orders straight away).

And as other people have said support seems to be non-existent.

The app has useful features and is very easy to use. BUT that is when it is working. We relied on the app to export our orders for our fulfillment partner each morning and had huge problems because of how unreliable it is.

First day, the app did not want to load. I think they were updating something without any notice. In panic we had to load and setup another app (which took us a long time) just to get some orders out and fulfilled.

Second day, the app did not want to export orders again. We were getting a server error. Had to try three times to get it working - and you need to wait 10minutes between each time.

This app is ok for hobby stores but I do not recommend it for pro stores that require reliable exports every day.

We are sorry for the bad experience that you had with Exportible. That day was really unfortunate that the server having an issue on that day. Our team is working hard to ensure all run smoothly to export over half a million orders daily. It has been increasing rapidly and we will make sure we grow along with it.
