So far so good. A shame it isn't bundled with uptracker as one works better with the other.

This app is great, I didn't know that my warehouse had been manually changing the shopify order export file for years in order to process my orders! Now I can send them exactly what they need removing the risk of human error. AND it works easily from my phone unlike shopify's own order export. For $5 a month it's perfect.

We've tested this on our client's site, www.mobileigo.com. It's been a time saver for the fulfillment team. The configuration was a bit tedious and the test functionality a bit buggy, but the results were good once configuration was complete. Additionally our client experienced a bug that was causing frustration, but after some back and forth the support team actually updated the software with a simple new feature that resolved the problem nicely. Support was responsive and helpful. The only thing this app needs now is the ability to import tracking numbers and update fulfillment in bulk. We would recommend this for any sites that need to export and process multiple orders via spreadsheet.

Thanks for letting us know about the issues. We will work on finding the issue and resolved it as soon as possible. We understand setting up might be a learning curve for some. We will continue to improve Exportible to allow most users to set it up easier. To import fulfillment in bulk, please use our other app UpTracker.

Mostly works as intended, except we had an issue that orders when changed from "unfulfilled" to "fulfilled" would not automatically get exported (worked fine if we had it setup just to export 'unfulfilled' orders straight away).

And as other people have said support seems to be non-existent.

I tried to contact Exportable twice but they didn't get back to me until the middle of the night both times. Then, they didn't solve my problem either time. The app never worked. As a start-up company with no real tech support, we really count on a quick response. It's frustrating to have to wait when you need a file exported soon and it could be a quick fix on their end.

Halfway through my trial - been asking support the same question over and over to get some help with how I am trying to set up my export to use the app. Unhelpful thus far and has been a waste of time.
