Was a user until they tried to charge me.
The app did introduce a new free plan. We haven't changed much of our plan in the last 12 months. Please reach our to us if your account having any issue so we can help.
Unfortunately, the app isn't working anymore on one of one of my websites. They have no chat to help you. I have an error 404 for 3 days, and they don't care at all.
We are sorry for the experience you are having. Our app has moved to a new URL that might cause some users to face issues accessing. Please do clear browser cookies and try again. It should solve the problem you are facing. If not, please reach our support team at support@exportible.com.
After a great deal of time and effort it does the job. However, don't count on any support because there is none. Emailed twice in the last several days. No reply.
