This app does a great job of letting you export things however you need to to keep up with tracking the performance of your business.

The app could (and should) be great - however UTF-8 does not work properly and sometimes we receive no cc.
Now, not getting a cc is not the biggest problem. UTF-8 not working is a very big problem!

EDIT - windows 1252 does not work either with German letters. Find solution please.
