We've never had any issues with Exportify directly, but have made a few website changes over the years that have required us to reach out and adjust what order details we export. I reached out earlier today about making some changes, and heard back only a few hours later.
Not only were they able to adjust our current export, but they were also able to adjust it so that two product lines could be combined into one. This makes my life SO much easier, and our processes more efficient. We appreciate the friendly, professional, and quick service from Aaron!
Keeping your Exportify template in step with how you sell today is important to us! Thank you for writing this, and for being with us all these years.

I needed an app to export customer data from Shopify to IngramSpark's address book. Their import csv template is famously fussy. With some assistance from the developer it now works perfectly. Highly recommended app.
Getting you the exact file another system needs, IngramSpark in your case, is the reason we made Exportify. Good to hear your template matches their format now, and thank you for the review and the recommendation.

The support offered by the Exportify team is second to none. The app works brilliantly for us and the help during setup made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for any store needing to export specific data
Thank you for this. Setup was enjoyable for us too because your team was precise about what was needed, which made our part of it straightforward.

Exportify has been an incredibly useful app for our Shopify store, especially when we need customized data exports. The team is always very helpful, responsive, and willing to understand exactly what we need.
We’ve requested several customizations, and they have never failed to deliver on our requirements. Their support team consistently goes the extra mile to make sure the exported data works for our specific business needs.
Highly recommended for Shopify merchants who need flexible and customized data exports. Great app, great team, and exceptional customer support!
Thank you for this! Requests like yours are the best kind to work on: you explain what the data needs to do for your business, and we work out how the export should look to make that happen. We are glad the results have been a good fit.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this! Every shop has its own shape for the data they need. Getting your template exactly right is the kind of work we genuinely enjoy.

Exportify is probably the most useful app we employ. The customer service/tech support is unmatched. They save us weeks of work getting customized data from orders to factory for production. My job would be awful if i did not have them.
Always happy to help with those custom fields, we really appreciate your feedback! Thanks for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review.
