You can tell a lot about a company when you have a problem with their product. I submitted a service ticket for buttons not showing for international visitors late in the day. The next morning (before business hours) I received an email informing me it was fixed with no action required on my part.

This product does exactly what it promises and the service is unbeatable.

I highly recommend it!

This is an amazing app with amazing support. I've been using this app for over 6 months without any issues. I needed some customization work done, and the support team responded straight away and sorted it out super fast.
For me, this is the number one app for external links, plus all the other elements of their app. I would not hesitate to choose this app.

I use that App for over a year now and everything works as expected. Also the ability to add custom code is easily accessible. I needed the support 1 time so far and they helped me very quickly.

Brilliant app, does exactly what it says and I use it to connect to products on Amazon and also courses on a different platform. I did need help to do the installation but I emailed and they were brilliant - did it all for me very quickly. Highly recommended.

Overview: Best external link app out there (I tried "Affiliatify ‑ External Links" not as good)

Goods:
- best/fast costumer service
- can toggle external links on and off fairly easily

Bads:
- app interface/navigation needs improvements.

Improvements:
It is a bit weird to get actually add your external link products. You have to go to the "Bulk Editor/Via Search." You can edit product links in the home tab, but only 1 at a time.
It's a bit confusing. The "home" tab should be the same as the "bulk editor."

Customer service experience:
1st ISSUE (resolved):
At first I set up my links and it did not work at all. All my products had no button whatsoever, their product pages were just blank.
- BUT, I contacted customer service, they fixed my code for me, and they were fast (within the hour). App works great now.

2nd ISSUE:
My dynamic checkout button is missing for my main product. I am not sure if its due to the "Outlink" itself or but I have contacted the customer service and I will update my review when they respond.

I used it on Free theme (Mr.Parker), it was working very well. Then I bought a new theme, but it was not working at the beginning, then I contacted the support team. Such amazing help from the customer service, they fixed the issue for me in the next day, this app is working very well, the price is very worth.

I have been using this app for about 6 months now. This is a great solution to link out to our affiliate partner products. I had an issue today because I had changed themes and without realizing had stopped the code from working with my theme change. I sent a support request and they responded within 1 hour and had everything fixed up and working great again. Very impressed with the support response time and the functionality of the app itself.
