I have used the app as a paying customer with satisfaction, only I have been restricted from the service desk.

I need help with re-installation of the outlink buttons on the quick add buttons (home and collection pages etc.). Can you please help me re-install the Outlink button on the Quick page parts, and make sure I can access the service desk for tickets again?

This app is amazing. But be aware; The app can delete products in your shopify store! Means that if you press the wrong button in the app your product is deleted in your store. You can not get it back.

The app shouldn't have access to changings like that in the store. There is even a "delete all" button which would delete ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE (not the links).

Be aware. This can delete your whole store and there is no backup. You would be screwed. I wrote to the shopify support so that they take action.

The outlink support wrote me that if you delete them they are gone, they do not even have a back up for cases like that.

Nightmare an highly unprofessional. Imagine someone deleting 1000 products!

Better chose another option if possible for you.

I have been looking for an App to add external links for products, such as ‘Buy On Amazon’. After a little bit of confusion on (on my side) I asked the support team to help me with the installation, which they did in under 24hrs.
I now have external affiliate links to products thus providing me with additional income.
Brilliant and recommend.

Brilliant app, does exactly what it says and I use it to connect to products on Amazon and also courses on a different platform. I did need help to do the installation but I emailed and they were brilliant - did it all for me very quickly. Highly recommended.

This app is exactly what I needed for my affiliate products.
You do have to be a little bit tech savy to install the app correctly or ask the developers.
After implementing I had a minor issue, which was solved within hours after I'd send an email.
The app it self works very simple once fully installed.
Very statisfied and recommend this app.

Outlink has been an awesome thing to incorporate into our online store! I was having some technical difficulties and reached out to their support team. Within an hour they had responded and helped me correct my issue.

Would highly recommend!

This app is a life saver. One click and my customers can go anywhere to complete their purchase. The support works miracles. I can offer product purchases on multiple websites right from the product page. Highly recommend Outlink.
