I’m really impressed with how smooth and useful the Outlink app is — it does exactly what I needed by allowing me to link products to external URLs seamlessly. The setup is simple, and the functionality is solid.

But what really stood out was the exceptional support, especially from Rupali. She went above and beyond by handling the integration for me quickly and professionally. Even when I had questions about future domain changes, she explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free.

I upgraded my theme and broke the Outlink button and support fixed it for me quickly and efficiently..... the button works great for my affiliate links and it's easy to use.

Support is non existent. No response for my email query (checked my spam as well). Cutting my losses ($25) and uninstalling the app.

This app is amazing. But be aware; The app can delete products in your shopify store! Means that if you press the wrong button in the app your product is deleted in your store. You can not get it back.

The app shouldn't have access to changings like that in the store. There is even a "delete all" button which would delete ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE (not the links).

Be aware. This can delete your whole store and there is no backup. You would be screwed. I wrote to the shopify support so that they take action.

The outlink support wrote me that if you delete them they are gone, they do not even have a back up for cases like that.

Nightmare an highly unprofessional. Imagine someone deleting 1000 products!

Better chose another option if possible for you.

Wasn't great originally, we'd bought the App and I wasn't seeing the code on the site required to complete the integration guide.

I used their support link to raise a case, however the reply said I'm restricted from using their helpdesk and it didn't work. So I emailed them using the email address given, sadly no reply came back further to my request for help.

The next day the functionality was working on the site, so I don't know what happened or who fixed it.

I have been looking for an App to add external links for products, such as ‘Buy On Amazon’. After a little bit of confusion on (on my side) I asked the support team to help me with the installation, which they did in under 24hrs.
I now have external affiliate links to products thus providing me with additional income.
Brilliant and recommend.

So far so EXCELLENT! We needed to add a button on all of our product pages advertising that we offer wholesale pricing to trade. The button had to link to our Wholesale form.

Every step of the way Outlink's instructions and customer service were there. We got this done in record time! Amazing!

This app is exactly what I needed for my affiliate products.
You do have to be a little bit tech savy to install the app correctly or ask the developers.
After implementing I had a minor issue, which was solved within hours after I'd send an email.
The app it self works very simple once fully installed.
Very statisfied and recommend this app.
