Easy to deal with and easy to contact if there are ever any issues. I have been a client of Eye4Fraud for almost 3 years now and they have saved me at least $100k in orders that would have been chargebacked as fraud. We've been using Eye4Fraud for a while now and can't say enough great things about them. Super simple to onboard and integrate with Shopify. They worked with us closely to setup a pipeline that worked best for us. They are quick to payout any fraudulent claims and are very responsive when dealing with any issues. We've saved tons of money with them and would highly recommend it to anyone on the Shopify platform, or any platform!

I was happy to start , until I realized I was being charged monthly $58 for 100 orders. I keep getting email about a check being sent to my address due to the chargeback. I only got pay the amount not $15 extra the bank fee charges for the chargeback. I been waiting 4 months each month I should be getting a check. I email them ,and say I should be getting it. I been so patience ,and It makes feel upset how this business handles customers. I though this app is free until I was being charged every order regardless If I would get a refund or not. For small business owners it is a big lost putting my trust in them. Now I am losing more money in my business. The chargebacks + eyefraud monthly = No money from both sides. I am having money removed from me both. I am going back to NOfraud fraud protection were I could get my refund right away.

Eye4fraud is the best fraud protection and insurance for fraud orders, very easy to install and setup, great customer service

We use the Guaranteed service on all payments and we no longer waste manual time checking fraud. If one does get through the net we're covered and we get paid back within 3 days. Highly recommend for every ecommerce business!!! I have been using this app and the eye4fraud team for almost a year now. They have allowed me to take large and small orders with calm and ease. There process is very simple and straightforward - it is connected to my shopify and notifies me whether each order is insured. They even check for international orders.

Also, whenever I have a question - there customer service is amazing. They answer right away and always help
