The most useful app on our store - we've used it for multiple automations and as a data pipeline. I want to shout out the support, specifically Jonathan, he's helped me out a handful of times over the years, every time he's responded quickly and been incredibly informative. One of the very few apps I don't resent paying for.
Amazing app, very intuitive to use and easy to understand. Has a ton of options, and the few times I've needed help to get something done, Jonathan has been quick to help me out. Absolutely recommended.
Our site was initially set up by a developer who has since left the business, and as someone with limited technical knowledge, I had a number of questions about how the app works so I could better understand it and make full use of its features.
Every question I’ve raised has been answered quickly and clearly. Jonathan has been incredibly helpful, not only in providing support but also in recommending the best options to suit our specific needs.

Powerful reports for our shipping. We use a combination of local delivery and external delivery, and this app is lifesaving for splitting everything every morning. Customer service is quick and efficient. Great stuff!

I may have already reviewed this app before, but if so I'm going to do it again. It is great. It just works for us -- providing so much more data & analytics than we're able to get from Shopify itself. We have some reports that we've scheduled to run on a regular basis and a ton of ad-hoc reports we've created as needed since we first added it about 5 years ago.
Specifically, what sets this app apart is the very responsive support when needed. Whenever I've emailed Jonathan at support@highviewapps.com with a question about how to do something, he's written back with the answer very quickly -- often within half an hour. Most recently we were searching for a report on sales of Shopify Bundles, which is inexplicably impossible to get from Shopify directly. I was very glad to hear that they have this functionality, and it was easy to create the report I needed.

Among the top five most useful Shopify apps, whether you're an enterprise-level business or small. The team is super responsive and will help guide you to write functions for calculated fields! You can customize a product feed for innumerable use cases. This powers multiple sales channels for our business.

Excellent app, we used a different one for awhile and it was full of problems, EZ Exporter has been smooth and is very customizable. We recently started taking advantage of the Google Sheets integration and they were super helpful when I had questions about setup.
I use the EZ "suite" of apps on a number of client websites due to a specific need with integration with their 3PL warehouse. Honestly, these apps fit the bill in all cases and are extremely flexible and customisable - especially with the calculated fields.
however, what sets these apps appart is the support from the EZ Team (specifically Jonathan). He's helped my diagnose, run calculations and provide formulas to get around some headaches (not with the app, but with client requirements).
by far, THE BEST app (coupled with EZ Auto Fulfill, EZ Inventory) to use for integrating file based transfers / exports / imports.
