EZ Exporter ‑ Data Exports

I may have already reviewed this app before, but if so I'm going to do it again. It is great. It just works for us -- providing so much more data & analytics than we're able to get from Shopify itself. We have some reports that we've scheduled to run on a regular basis and a ton of ad-hoc reports we've created as needed since we first added it about 5 years ago.

Specifically, what sets this app apart is the very responsive support when needed. Whenever I've emailed Jonathan at support@highviewapps.com with a question about how to do something, he's written back with the answer very quickly -- often within half an hour. Most recently we were searching for a report on sales of Shopify Bundles, which is inexplicably impossible to get from Shopify directly. I was very glad to hear that they have this functionality, and it was easy to create the report I needed.

Covers a big gap in Shopify and great customer support

Great app, great flexibility, very straightforward to work with and integrate. Great support also when we have questions.

I needed to export my order data into a specific (and somewhat convoluted) format for a 3PL company so they can load it directly into their ERP. Without the file export then the 3PL was re-keying data which was taking time and had the potential to introduce errors.

EZ Exporter had all the right functionality to build the file, automate its generation and transmit it.

It is a super-powerful tool. Best for someone who is very familiar with Shopify and has some exposure to programming. There's a learning curve - but it nailed a tough problem for me - so I'm a big endorser.

We've been using EZ Exporter for a while now, and it has completely transformed our workflow. Creating waybills used to be a time-consuming task, but this app has automated the entire process for us. This app and the customer service has been top notch. For those that are migrating from Magento, this app is as close to Xtento Order exports as you can get to help with translating order fields, scheduling, etc - I did not find another app that came close.

Jonathan answered every question we had and was huge help in getting us launch ready. Huge props, a big thank you and I highly recommend.
