EZ Fulfill is very flexible and we were able to tailor it to exactly the various fulfillment scenarios we needed to set up. The app is very well built as well and highly configurable. A real life-saver! Ralph was very responsive and helpful throughout the set up process.
I just used this app to fulfill over 1000 orders and it's absolutely epic, saved me a ton of time, fast response time with customer service - highly recommend.
We had to manually fulfill orders during a warehouse transition. Found this app but had an issue with identifying order id but I submitted a ticket and received a reply within 12 hours that solved my issue. Ralph was fast and answered my questions directly. Thanks
Very robust feature set with several integration options, several file format options, and an easy intuitive user interface. Processed several large files very quickly. No complaints - solid product that does what it says, and does it well.
Great interface, it was easy to figure out how to prepare the CSV and upload it, fulfils select SKUs on the order or entire order via upload.
Really easy to use, does have everything we need - thank you guys! Also support was pretty quickly, got to us in a few hours - amazing! Quick set up, you can use right away. Love the option to notify our customers!
We're not sure why you left this 1-star review. You uninstalled the app shortly after installation, without any attempt to use it. We reached out to offer assistance, as we're always happy to help, but you never responded.

I use the app to import my order tracking numbers into our Shopify site from an FTP server. It works great, big plus for the customer service that walks you through the process of installing their solution if you have any problems.
Thank you for filling in where the platform's native capabilities fall short. It took me about five minutes to set my import up and read a couple FAQs. Now, it should take thirty seconds to drag a CSV in daily and fulfill dozens of orders properly with tracking number/courier name/URL. Thank you very much!
Amazing customer service, they replied even on weekends! This app is exactly what I needed, I no longer have to manually update tracking numbers from my supplier, it literally is such a timesaver!

Awesome app that works perfectly and amazing customer service. They went far out of their way to help us adapt the software to fulfill pre-orders that were over 60 days old. It saved us a ton of time entering tracking numbers.
