EZ Importer ‑ Order Importer

After spending 2 hours trying to import orders, I can say there is
bad, worst and then comes this app.
Template privided is useless. Fields are not recognized. Interface is confusing. Highly unrecommended.

VERY impressed with EZ Importer. We send out annual mailers (nothing beats Shopify's discounts on shipping) and used EZ Importer to bulk-upload our mailing list(s)!! Now, we can bulk-create shipping labels and get our holiday free-beez out all in one place. Very straight forward and EZ to use!

EZ is the simplest way to describe it. Once you import for the first time, you have the perfect template to import time and time again. We import large orders to save time and print massive amounts of labels instead of entering them individually. Did the app just break and is useable now?

good price, there is a lot of things you can do. its very nice that you can delete orders and it gives you back points, meaning if you made a mistake somewhere it doesnt cost you anything. overall definitely the best option out of the other migration apps out there!

so difficult - there should be a basic quick version of this....if you dont need all of the data...though Elizabeth was quick coming with email help....if someone had been available for 20mins zoom or teams then we would have solved it...but here i am 6 hours later and no further forward

We used this app to bulk import late addresses from our recent kickstarter. The app works incredibly well! Haven't had any issues and ended up using it for a few other imports - overall a really time saver and the app is well thought through. I can't speak to the customer support because i never had a reason to reach out. I can def recommend this app if you wanna import some orders.

Has been more than outstanding, and more than I needed. The app works flawlessly for me to import orders to my store from external sides. Could not be happier with its functionality and reliability. It takes a few tries to get the imports to be correct and match up. But it is smooth sailing from there.

I had no hesitation to give this app a 5 star rating. The app was intuitive, documentation is well written and we did not experience any bugs from the app. The cost is also fair and reasonable. But what separates this app above the others is the service & support that Ralph provides. Excellent response and a true servant attitude. Thank you Ralph for all your help.
