I would give the staff 6 stars if I could. I use both EZ Importer and EZ Exporter to map data through Shopify to create invoices and automation scripts. These apps are THE best interface for mapping I've found.
EZ Importer is the best import app in Shopify Store - it made our campaign more successful. And not only that, EZ Importer has a great support! The co-founder was very hands on in dealing with our situation.
More success to you guys!
I used this app to help import my orders and customers from our old store which was hosted on GoDaddy's GoCentral online stores. The support from EZ Importer was INCREDIBLE. Super responsive and thorough and I highly recommend this app!
Great for kickstarter orders. Kickstarters exports can be a bit of a pain, but this app makes it fairly easy to move them over. Good support and help docs.
This actually should be built into shopify. Seems like a basic feature.
Did the app just break and is useable now?
The app is working fine; we haven't had any problems with any merchant uploads.
You sent us an email about an order not being imported because the SKUs you uploaded could not be found in your store. We checked to see if there was a problem with the app or if the SKUs in your file were not in your store, and when we searched for the SKUs using Shopify's Product API, nothing came back.
We let you know that our system treats the SKUs as case-sensitive, as our documentation clearly states, to see if there is a case-sensitivity issue. Instead of helping us troubleshoot your data, you told us we were incorrect and needed to fix it, even though the issue was with your file rather than our app.
We tried to work with you to determine the issue, but you were unwilling to cooperate and sent us a short and frankly unprofessional response. We've always been willing to help merchants no matter what the problem.
We're always happy to help if there are any upload errors, whether the error is with the data being uploaded or if something else is going on.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent support, really fast to reply and actually Ralph got in touch even before I did :) He also cut me a great deal on the credit as I had to import a lot. Excellent product and service.
Excellent app - makes the task of migrating from another e-commerce platform (Squarespace in our case) to Shopify very straight forward - customer profiles kept intact and Shopify analytics fully populated with historic orders.
Ralph is also super responsive with any queries you have. Everything essentially worked perfectly. The app is quite dependent on the quality of data you have - the better quality the data, the better the import!
I used this app to import over a thousand orders from Magento. It worked as described. No issues. Saved a ton of time.
Very easy app to use. Had a support question and Ralph was excellent in his response and understanding. Would highly recommend this app to anyone.
You can expect ROCK STAR support from these folks. Their product is great and their service if fantastic!
