I used EZ importer to move my orders from Wix to Shopify. The tutorials were very helpful and I was able to complete the process quickly. Highly recommend.
I'm so happy to have found this tool! We have used EZ Importer to migrate complex historical order data from Woocommerce to Shopify Plus for a couple of different clients and it has made life so much easier. The built-in data mappings save a ton of time and the support is unparalleled. Highly recommended!
I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent support, really fast to reply and actually Ralph got in touch even before I did :) He also cut me a great deal on the credit as I had to import a lot. Excellent product and service.
Support was great and very responsive. Data mappings were pretty easy to get set up. We got 800 orders imported and submitted to our shipping company for shipment with ease. Thanks for the great app!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Problem solver and game-changer for all our affiliate accounts on drop-ship orders. I receive orders overnight from partners and just upload into EZ importer and voila it goes right into my Shopify. They helped me set it up too which was fantastic.
Excellent app - makes the task of migrating from another e-commerce platform (Squarespace in our case) to Shopify very straight forward - customer profiles kept intact and Shopify analytics fully populated with historic orders.
Ralph is also super responsive with any queries you have. Everything essentially worked perfectly. The app is quite dependent on the quality of data you have - the better quality the data, the better the import!
We were having trouble finding a solution to import the number of customer orders from our old site to our new site - and it is pivotal to our loyalty program. EZ Importer was exactly what we were looking for and solved all of our needs!
Data mapping is confusing but the owner Ralph was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the way. He was so nice and accommodating, even offered to be available if we needed his help over the weekend. He was also extremely responsive to all of my many questions and did specific mapping for our store. Cannot recommend highly enough - great app - did what we needed it to do with amazing support. :)
Elizabeth in support has been super helpful at getting us up and running and addressing the issues we were having. The app isn't perfect with importing orders between Indiegogo and Shopify, but it has certainly helped streamline our fulfillment process.
