After spending 2 hours trying to import orders, I can say there is
bad, worst and then comes this app.
Template privided is useless. Fields are not recognized. Interface is confusing. Highly unrecommended.

VERY impressed with EZ Importer. We send out annual mailers (nothing beats Shopify's discounts on shipping) and used EZ Importer to bulk-upload our mailing list(s)!! Now, we can bulk-create shipping labels and get our holiday free-beez out all in one place. Very straight forward and EZ to use!
EZ is the simplest way to describe it. Once you import for the first time, you have the perfect template to import time and time again. We import large orders to save time and print massive amounts of labels instead of entering them individually. We used this app to bulk import late addresses from our recent kickstarter. The app works incredibly well! Haven't had any issues and ended up using it for a few other imports - overall a really time saver and the app is well thought through. I can't speak to the customer support because i never had a reason to reach out. I can def recommend this app if you wanna import some orders.
