So far (only used for a couple of days, this has streamlined the way i create my. postage labels and saved me about 5 minutes per customer. So far, so good!

Finding an app that not only meets your business needs but also offers exceptional customer service can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Coming up with 'Service Unavailable' today when trying to do the orders. Not ideal when in a rush.
Hi There, in the past 3 months we have recorded a total of only 5 minutes of downtime. This is a service availability percentage of over 99.99% which is well above most industry standards.
In this case an update to a third party dependancy was causing an issue but the issue was quickly identified and rectified within a couple of minutes. Please bear in mind software is non trivial and from time to time issues may arise but we always aim to resolve them quickly with minimal interuption.
Found it very easy to install and use. Been using it for a few months now & couldn't be happier with it. Recommend.
