This app is definitely very helpful. Way easy to use and setup your pre orders with multiple options of modification. On top of all that loved their customer support. Kudos to the team!
Really decent app. Easy to set up, easy to use, no complaints. Might even upgrade to the full version if the whole pre-order thing works for us
The app is not working

We reached out to you to let you know that the app was not compatible with your custom theme. Our app is not compatible with every theme especially customized ones. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Very rarely do you download an app that simply just does the thing you want. No nonsense, no confusing coding or hundreds of different settings! I love your app.

This user was using an incompatible theme. We have a transparent list of incompatible themes on our FAQ page. This user was refunded in full as we do with all users that signup with an incompatible theme.
Works really well, happy with the performance too as it doesn't impact our Core Web Vitals which is great. Support is awesome too!
I love the ease of use, it would be nice if It opened the item when I added them to make the adjustments, but otherwise I have no complaints.
So far so good. Works pretty well, and help solving issue very fast.
