I just opened a small business and was trying to include one item as pre-order. I ran into some issues using the pre-order feature and was feeling unmotivated, but as soon as they reached out they fixed the issue!! This was so helpful to my business!
Works well and is easy to navigate.

Our app does not offer a video playing service. Are you sure this is the right app? We also have no history of you reaching out to us with any issues. We checked and the app is working properly on your store. Could you please ensure you left this review on the correct app?
It worked great on the first few products/orders, but when we tried to add it to another product, the pre-order button showed up, but shows an error when the customer clicks it. So definitely try clicking that pre-order button before you share the link with customers!
There are a few bugs in how this app works with Shopify on the display side, but seems to work well on the order/financial side. You may have to play with settings on the product side to get things to work properly. Be sure to test it all the way prior to launch. Once it's all set up, seems to work well. Currently using this on 5-6 products for a few weeks.
5 stars for customer support! The app needed a few setting changes to work with my theme and it was beyond my understanding to do myself. But Julian and the support team were very helpful and got it working on my store very quickly!
That app was exactly what we needed to start taking pre sales on our unreleased product.
Good app it was very easy to add a lot of products to preorder very quickly.

As a Shopify entrepreneur, I'm always looking for ways to generate excitement and capture early sales. Recently, I tried EZ PreOrder, an app that simplifies the pre-order process.
Customer support is great. quick response, friendly and helpful.

I tried 3 other apps that were hard to apply to my site then I found EZ Pre-Order and it loaded very easily.
I had one tiny issue so I reached out and got a response from Jake within the hour who fixed the issue straight away.
The issue by the way was that I had a box ticked that I didn't need so operator error!
Highly recommend.
This app has made it easy for us to continue selling our products even after they are sold out, very helpful!

Our servers were down at the time of this review. This was addressed promptly.
I added my products and it didn't even show and i pay them 5.00$ deleted the app reinstall and it ask me to pay again.
When you uninstall any app your plan is automatically cancelled so you have to resubscribe when you reinstall. This merchant was checking the featured product section for the button to display when the app only displays the button on the product pages (clearly stated in our FAQ), so the review is false.
This app is very easy to setup and does what is says it will do!
This is exactly what I was looking for! It's affordable and easy to use. Customer service is very quick and helpful. If you are new to Shopify, I highly recommend this app.

Not a bad app, but did not fit our needs. I uninstalled the app on Nov 2nd and on my latest Shopify bill ( Nov 14) I was charged $5
Hello there. This is how app charges work in Shopify. You are invoiced initially but you are not actually charged until your monthly Shopify billing cycle. You have been issued a refund. To others reading this, this merchant reinstalled 2 weeks later to leave a negative review, apparently unaware of how Shopify billing works for apps, instead of reaching out to support for a refund.
Very rarely do you download an app that simply just does the thing you want. No nonsense, no confusing coding or hundreds of different settings! I love your app.
I love the ease of use, it would be nice if It opened the item when I added them to make the adjustments, but otherwise I have no complaints.
im having trouble the video looks very easy but the steps are not as you say. some prompts arent as easy finding them. i cant save anything that i change with thin the app. its quite frustrating! im trying to purchase the upgrade and the link is broken to initiate the purchase
