So far so good. Works pretty well, and help solving issue very fast.
This app has been great for allowing us to take pre orders on our made-to-order product. It was super simple to setup, and it is very easy to enable & disable the preorder option as we see fit.
Not a bad app, but did not fit our needs. I uninstalled the app on Nov 2nd and on my latest Shopify bill ( Nov 14) I was charged $5
Hello there. This is how app charges work in Shopify. You are invoiced initially but you are not actually charged until your monthly Shopify billing cycle. You have been issued a refund. To others reading this, this merchant reinstalled 2 weeks later to leave a negative review, apparently unaware of how Shopify billing works for apps, instead of reaching out to support for a refund.
im having trouble the video looks very easy but the steps are not as you say. some prompts arent as easy finding them. i cant save anything that i change with thin the app. its quite frustrating! im trying to purchase the upgrade and the link is broken to initiate the purchase

A straightforward way to launch a pre-order is super helpful when launching new products. Highly recommend!
I liked how simple this app was to set up but seems to be missing some functionality. As it worked for the first product variant that opens when you select the product but didn't show for other product variations and vanished when you reselected the initial variation, even though I set it up to work the same for all variations.
In this case this means that the app needs some extra custom setup to work with your specific theme. This is the case with some themes, especially older ones. We have no history of you reaching out to support for help with this additional setup.
