It doesn't work with any product that has variants. I sent them an email with the exact bit of code that just needs to be added to their pre-order button (which should be something I can add myself in the custom CSS settings), but they refused, and told me I should change my theme to one of their approved themes.
I mean, obviously I'm not going to change our entire store's theme to get their ...
