Very easy to use, works perfectly. All the things you want in an app! Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs to add an extra layer of liability at checkout. We've been using this app for a couple of years now, and prior to installing it we had issues with clients who were not reading our terms and conditions, which contain very important information regarding fulfillment and fabrication times. This resulted in upset clients that didn't know before checking out that there was a wait time on certain products. With the checkbox at checkout now people are prompted to read through our terms and it's resulted in much happier clients.
As a side benefit, with the new 2025 US tariffs there were a lot of US customers who didn't understand how the tariffs were applied. We used the message to implement some brief tariff information, with a link to our page where people can read more about international shipping with resources for US customers. This helped greatly and allowed us to set clear expectations at checkout.
More than just a "terms and conditions" app, there's great flexibility so that you can use this app in any way you see fit. I would strongly recommend the premium plan (we just switched to this recently) as it adds a record of the client agreeing to the terms, as well as functionality with dynamic checkout options like PayPal, Shop etc. Well worth the small price.
Lastly, the customer support is unbeatable. Near-zero delay for support inquiries and any initial compatibility issues due to themes or custom code are solved immediately.
TLDR: If you have a Shopify site and sell anything at all, don't think, just install this app.
Very easy to use and quick to set up. The Terms and Conditions checkbox works perfectly with Shopify and helps keep my store compliant.
Does the job. You can make it more consistent with the rest of your site, by simple CSS. Would recommend this app.
We have used this app for a long time. Then we had an issue with a theme that effected the app. I reached out and Relentless Apps was all over it. They offer to login and fix our issue. It is great customer service. I would recommend them highly.

I love the simplicity and ease of use of this app.
Instead of using it as Terms and Conditions Checkbox, I'm using the check box to get customers to agree to having their ordered delivered after Christmas. So I've been able to adapt it to my current needs, and will be reverting to its more common use after the festive season.
I had a question for their support which was answered quickly and effectively. Great customer service too :-)

The support team is absolutely fantastic. Super quick to respond, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help with what we needed. It left us confident that if we ever need assistance again, we’ll be in good hands. It’s the only app we have found that allows setting the terms as optional, which was exactly what we were looking for.
Very prompt support and excellent follow-up. Although the vendor is a small company, this actually benefits the maintenance of the app. They are user-focused, and if necessary, they can send a 'View Request' via Shopify to access your individual online store and resolve any issues directly. This process maintains the security of your site while allowing the vendor to fix the problem efficiently.
This level of support is particularly helpful for new Shopify users, as the experienced vendor understands the system far better than you might. You can also consult them about other related matters, making it feel less like simply purchasing an app (the basic version is free – with the same high-quality support!) and more like receiving a free consultation service. Well worth trying this app!
