Although the vendor is a small company, this actually benefits the maintenance of the app. They are user-focused, and if necessary, they can send a 'View Request' via Shopify to access your individual online store and resolve any issues directly. This process maintains the security of your site while allowing the vendor to fix the problem efficiently.
This level of support is particularly helpful for new Shopify users, as the experienced vendor understands the system far better than you might. You can also consult them about other related matters, making it feel less like simply purchasing an app (the basic version is free – with the same high-quality support!) and more like receiving a free consultation service. Well worth trying this app!
