This app is unstable. It deactivated today with the box disappearing & customers could not complete checkout. It wasted over $1,000 ad spend & we cannot get it reactivated.
We’re really sorry for the disruption this caused. As soon as I read your email we began investigating and had the issue resolved quickly. This was an isolated edge case, not reflective of the app’s usual performance, and we’ve since issued you a full refund and implemented safeguards to prevent it from happening again. Very helpful support team. Plugin was having compatibility issues with my site due to another plugin and the devs were very quick in troubleshooting the issue, even though I'm on a free plan. Thanks!!
We use this app to ensure that our customers read and accept our terms and conditions prior to purchasing our products. The APP works flawlessly and we were able to use the multi-language feature as well (which is required in Canada to be able to service our French customers).
