Shopify has 100 variant limit which seems like a lot but is quickly reached, this app helped me resolve it, after trying multiple other product option apps we settled on this one

So far not good at all. no chat support. only email which is not going to work for me. i cant afford to wait for them to do anything and then not even send me an update. They immediately debited their fee but slow to respond so i will be uninstalling. may work for you if you have patience
