Shipway: Logistics Aggregation

Shipway has significantly improved our post-purchase workflow. The standout feature for us is the branded tracking page and the automated WhatsApp and SMS notifications, which have drastically reduced our "Where is my order?" (WISMO) support tickets. The Non-Delivery Report (NDR) management is also highly effective; automating our COD confirmations and delivery re-attempts has noticeably lowered our Return to Origin (RTO) rates.

We have been using Shipway as our courier aggregator for the past two years, and overall, our experience has been good.

Thanks to Meetu Dhar (KAM) from Customer Support for their helpful support. When the new panel UI was introduced, there were a few flaws, but the team listened to our feedback and gradually resolved many issues.

Also, appreciation to Megha Kaur from the Product Team for genuinely taking note of our suggestions. It's great to see a team that values client feedback and is willing to make improvements.

Overall, a good experience with Shipway. We hope the remaining quirks and issues will also be resolved as quickly as possible in the future.

Shipway has been one of the most disappointing courier partners we have experienced.

We have shipped approximately multiple orders through Shipway, and m RTO shipments are still showing as “on the way.” More than 10–12 days have passed, yet we have neither received the parcels nor received a proper response from the Shipway team.

There is no accessible contact number, and the customer service has been extremely unresponsive. This has been an unacceptable customer service experience.

one of the worst apps in the market, the app automatically fulfills orders without asking from us and even not print label.
we have to manually find which orders are fullfiled by this app to manually ship them, total wste of time also the app lags at the peak, feels like we are using 2G, total scam, stay away from this app to make your business safe
