This app is a magic. It helps manage multiple online channels in one place. The support team is excellent and extremely responsive. Our one point contact has been Ms. Kajal how is over the call anytime we need support. Overall a excellent experience and a very good product.

I found the app and the whole software really easy to use. Any questions I had were answered swiftly, making the whole integration seamless.

The app really makes the shipping and syncing of details easier. But lately the returns were charged seperately which could have been accomadated in the same order fulfilment package.

The overall panel is really easy to use. Far better than the others in the market. The team is also quite supportive as well.
However the logistic services need to be improved a lot. The KAM support is close to zero if you don't have much orders yet. Hope this improves in future.
