Read this before you finalize to install Shipway after reading the positive feedbacks here. I have been using their service since a year now. First few months were so great and upon asked I left a 5 star review for them. But today my thoughts are completely different. Once you start using their platform the charges for couriers increase without any notice. They even stop showing couriers that are affordable and you have to choose the high price couriers. Also, once you face any issue their whole team seems to vanish and they keep on changing managers and least they care to reply for weeks. My 2 issues are still unresolved for the past 4 months and they take weeks to even reply to simplest queries. I even tried to raise my issues in the Google meet sessions but they simply ignore. If you are just starting your business - DO NOT GET INTO THE TRAP OF SHIPWAY.
Customer support is very immature & they do not seem to even have a proper team in place. Highly disappointing technical support !
i was using their service form 3-4 months in starting the POC they gave me was so good in his work he immediately take actions on any issue i faced he done that ASAP but in Dec they assigned me a new POC that poc was so lazy in his work he didn't even pick my calls and whenever he picks he just says yes sir i will do but didn't escalates my problems. they have hold my payment from 26dec and they just kept postponed the date as the day comes of payment i have called many times my POC he said to write a mail i did that but nothing happened whenever i calls him he just says sir i have already told my seniors to do resolve it and it's been a month more then that they didn't gave my payment. I'm a student i need my money
They don't take responsibility for ensuring delivery of orders let alone in time. Experienced so many losses due to their ill-managed systems. They asked us to raise tickets since they can't respond on call, since they are always "busy in meetings". Tickets don't get any resolutions, and are often closed without so much as a response from the support team. POC's don't respond. They say you won't get attention until your order volume is high. How exactly will our order volume increase if they keep messing up the deliveries? Even the tracking details often contain misinformation like 'Shipper Not Available for Pick-Up', which is outrageous and alarming, when no pick-ups were assigned. Our company's reputation is at stake if we continue with them. Extremely disappointed at the onset, will definitely not continue with them once our funding comes through and our order volume increases.
Exceptionally bad service. Two of my shipments have been RTO without contacting the customer. It was company address and two contact numbers were given.
One shipment returned with 50% items missing. Other shipment is in my location but not delivered since August 26, 2024.
I have raised ticket number 35918. Neither customer service is responding despite several follows... Nor my account manager.
I am having to resort to this option because of no response to my issues raised.
Worst service from any shipment company ever. They will stop your COD remittance and block your account without any reason and they do not have any contact number. You can only create tickets on which they will never reply. Better go for Nimbuspost and Shiprocket at least they will not steal your money.
Shipway is a huge fraud company. Before activating your account, they call you repeatedly, and they even assign you a POC (point of contact). But after your account is activated and you’ve placed an order, they completely neglect your orders. They haven’t arranged a pickup for me for the past 10 days. This company is a waste of money; stay alert when dealing with them. Afterward, no one will answer your calls, and all the reviews here are fake.
they can't fix a easy invoice GST issue, you should think before downloading.
The service was good at first, but it went downhill afterward. They don't respond to messages or calls, and their support is slow. As a business, we have to manually call the courier to pick up orders since there's no automation.
Many packages don't get delivered, and there's no help to fix this. Payments, refunds, and other money matters are unclear, making things worse. After they onboard you, they don't answer calls or messages.
It seems like they only care about hitting their targets and not about helping customers. It's just bad service after a while. They need to do better.
Didn't work for us. Don't know how people have given 5-star ratings. 1) Firstly, they don't have decent courier options like bluedart or FedEx. Only metro cities get these courier options. 2) No one came to pick up the parcel when we used ecom /delhivery as per their insistence. 3) order tracking link(for delhivery/Ecom) on shopify takes you to DHL tracking page!! 4) New orders are not synced from shopify even after repeated attempts. 5) interface is too complex unlike others and there is no one click booking. 6) You cannot cancel an order on your own if you want to change/ cancel the courier for some reason. 7) Customer support only provides lip service just like other shipping aggregators. We tried this app after reading the positive reviews but it turned out to be worse than the ones we are currently using.
