I love the service they have, specially 5 star for Customer return center, which really helped us a lot to automate return and exchange.

We use this app to generate shipping labels for us. Very nice and easy to use. Only hope they're able to integrate the ability to generate multiple shipping labels in future, this will really help make shipments easier.

If you are in India, you NEED this to truly have an automated system for fulfilment.

You can assign courier(s), send soft data to courier company, request for pick-up, send fulfilment data to shopify and customer ..... all in about 3 clicks. This has shaved off about an hour of my daily work, not to mention the mistakes.
When you have more than 50 orders a day, a few mistakes a week is inevitable, and costly. Having your process automated eliminates that.

At this point you must be thinking that I've been paid for this review, but I have not been. These guys went above and beyond with the issues that I identified to them after downloading their software and solved the problems within days. Hence they deserve every bit of praise.
